How to Select Your Variant
- Choose a finish under Color: “Titanium” means titanium-tone; “Gold” means gold-tone.
- Choose Gauge x Diameter. The first number is jewelry thickness in millimetres; the second is inner diameter. For example, 1.0x8mm means 18G / 1.0mm thickness with an 8mm inner diameter.
- Check the full combination before ordering. Gold-tone is offered in 16G only.

Choosing a Fit
If you are choosing titanium nose piercing jewelry, match both the gauge and inner diameter to your existing fit. The 18G nose piercing jewelry options here are 1.0mm thick with an 8mm or 10mm inner diameter in titanium-tone. For a septum piercing, check whether a 16G option and its diameter match your piercing. Placement names and wearing photos do not establish fit; anatomy, piercing angle and dimensions matter. Ask your piercer if you are unsure, and do not force a different gauge through your piercing.

Care
Wash your hands before handling. Check that the hinged segment closes fully before wear. Ask us for cleaning instructions appropriate to your selected finish, and follow your piercer’s aftercare guidance. Routine cleaning does not sterilize jewelry.
