Shipping Policy
We offer FREE international shipping on orders over €20, unless specified otherwise. All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.
International Shipping
Our gemstone jewelry is made with care and usually ships within 1–5 business days via La Poste, DHL, FedEx, or a local carrier, depending on your shipping address. For handcrafted pieces, such as K gold jewelry, please allow up to 7 days for production and handling.
If you prefer faster delivery, please contact us to upgrade the shipping method. Otherwise, we will select the most cost-effective option by default.
Each order comes with a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your item is shipped.

Europe orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days

United States: Selected items may ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 6–15 days via USPS
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Gemorm is not responsible for any such charges applied by your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email us at gemorm@gmail.com with your name and order number — we’ll look into it promptly.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at gemorm@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and will do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.
